The student code of conduct shall extend to the District鈥檚 transportation services. Any disruptive behavior on school buses or vans shall be referred to the appropriate building principal (or designee).

A student鈥檚 transportation services may be suspended or revoked for serious or repeated violations of the student code of conduct. Insubordination towards the transportation driver shall be considered a violation of such code.
